1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Bangladesh law.
By placing an order or using the website, you represent that you meet this eligibility.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Product Information & Authenticity

We specialise in Korean authentic skincare products. We commit to providing genuine items from trusted suppliers.
Product descriptions, images and specifications are for general guidance only. We endeavour for accuracy but do not guarantee them.
Colours, textures and effects may appear differently on different monitors or lighting conditions.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason (e.g., out of stock, pricing error).
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise noted, and exclude applicable shipping, tax and duties unless stated.
Payments must be made using the methods we list (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash-on-delivery). You authorise us to charge your chosen method after you submit your order.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We ship within Bangladesh according to our shipping policy (timeframe, costs, regions).
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must follow our Return Policy. Products must be unopened and in original condition unless the issue was a fault.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy.

5. User Conduct & Site Use

You must not misuse the website (for example, attempting to hack it or use it for fraudulent purposes).
You must not upload or transmit materials that are unlawful, offensive or infringe on others’ rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elora Skin Care, its directors, officers or employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

All content on the website (brand name, logos, images, text) is owned by Elora Skin Care or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view or download material for your personal use only. Any other use (commercial, modification, distribution) is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date”. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Any dispute shall be resolved by negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, the dispute may be submitted to the courts in Dhaka.
